In Memory of Dr. Rosie Banker and Closure of Transcendence Wellness
Dear Valued Patient,
It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Dr. Rosie Banker, who died on October 14, 2025. Dr. Banker was not only a dedicated and compassionate physician, but a true healer and advocate for the wellbeing of every person who walked through her doors. Her absence will be deeply felt by all of us who knew and loved her.
In light of this unexpected loss, we must also share that Transcendence Wellness will be permanently closing. We understand how important continuity of care is, and we are committed to supporting you during this transition.
What You Need to Know:
- Medical Records: Patients have 30 days from the date of this letter to request copies of their medical records. To do so, please contact us at drrosiebanker@gmail.com. After this period, records will be securely archived in accordance with medical record retention laws.
- Continuing Your Care: We are grateful to share that Spruce Health Collective, located at 920 E. Jackson St., Medford, OR 97504, has graciously offered to welcome Dr. Banker’s former patients. You may contact their office directly to inquire about becoming a new patient.
- Final Billing: Final statements for all outstanding balances will be mailed out in the upcoming weeks. Any questions should be directed to drrosiebanker@gmail.com.
During this time of loss and change, we want to thank you for being a part of the Transcendence Wellness community. It was Dr. Banker’s honor to serve you, and we appreciate the trust you placed in her care.
